When I was in High school I fell in love with a girl who didn’t like sharing anything about herself. I, on the other hand, will share almost everything with those who make me feel comfortable. It’s never more off putting than when you bounce some incredibly intimate part of your life off of someone who has no intention on returning the sentiment. This consistent self-created rejection should shape who you are and how you act and yet I still do it I think.
